حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ نَجِدُ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ وَصَلَاةَ الْحَضَرِ فِي الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا نَجِدُ صَلَاةَ الْمُسَافِرِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ بَعَثَ اللَّهُ نَبِيَّهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ أَجْفَى النَّاسِ فَنَصْنَعُ كَمَا صَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdur-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from az-Zuhri, from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Abdur-Rahman, from Umayyah ibn Abdullah, who said to Ibn Umar: We find the prayer of fear and the prayer of residence in the Qur'an, but we do not find the prayer of the traveler. Ibn Umar said: Allah sent His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when we were the roughest of people, so we do as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did.
