حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ السَّمْعُ وَالطَّاعَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِيمَا أَحَبَّ أَوْ كَرِهَ إِلَّا أَنْ يُؤْمَرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَإِنْ أُمِرَ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ فَلَا سَمْعَ وَلَا طَاعَةَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ibn Numayr and Muhammad ibn Ubayd told us; Ubaydullah told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Hearing and obedience are incumbent upon a Muslim person in what he likes and dislikes, unless he is commanded to disobey Allah; if he is commanded to disobey, then there is no hearing and no obedience."
