حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ وَهُوَ فِي مُعَرَّسِهِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ فِي بَطْنِ الْوَادِي فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّكَ بِبَطْحَاءَ مُبَارَكَةٍ فَقَالَ مُوسَى وَقَدْ أَنَاخَ بِنَا سَالِمٌ بِالْمُنَاخِ الَّذِي كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يُنِيخُ بِهِ يَتَحَرَّى مُعَرَّسَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ أَسْفَلُ مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي فِي بَطْنِ الْوَادِي بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الطَّرِيقِ وَسَطًا مِنْ ذَلِكَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sulayman ibn Dawud al-Hashimi told us: Isma'il informed us: Musa ibn Uqbah informed me, from Salim ibn Abdullah, from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was approached while he was at his resting place (mu'arras) at Dhu al-Hulayfah in the bottom of the valley, and it was said to him, 'You are at a blessed sandy plain.' Musa said: And Salim made us halt at the halting place where Abdullah used to halt, seeking out the resting place of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which is lower than the mosque that is in the bottom of the valley, between it and the road, midway between the two.
