حَدَّثَنِي يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَعْنِي أَبَا عُمَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ كُنَّا نُحَدَّثُ بِحَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَلَا نَدْرِي أَنَّهُ الْوَدَاعُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَ الْمَسِيحَ الدَّجَّالَ فَأَطْنَبَ فِي ذِكْرِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ إِلَّا قَدْ أَنْذَرَهُ أُمَّتَهُ لَقَدْ أَنْذَرَهُ نُوحٌ أُمَّتَهُ وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ أَلَا مَا خَفِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ شَأْنِهِ فَلَا يَخْفَيَنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ أَلَا مَا خَفِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ شَأْنِهِ فَلَا يَخْفَيَنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَعْوَرَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ya'qub told me: Asim ibn Muhammad told us, from his brother Umar ibn Muhammad, from Muhammad ibn Zayd, that is Abu Umar ibn Muhammad, who said: Abdullah ibn Umar said: We used to be told about the Farewell Pilgrimage without knowing that it was the farewell from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. When it was the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon and mentioned the False Messiah, the Dajjal, and spoke of him at length, then said: 'Allah has sent no prophet except that he warned his nation of him. Noah warned his nation of him, and so did the prophets after him. But whatever remains unclear to you about his affair, let it not remain unclear to you that your Lord is not one-eyed - whatever remains unclear to you about his affair, let it not remain unclear to you that your Lord is not one-eyed.'
