الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, Shu'bah told us, from Abu Ja'far: I heard Abu al-Muthanna narrating from Ibn Umar, who said: The call to prayer in the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was said twice for each phrase, and the iqamah was said once, except that when the muezzin said "Prayer has begun," he would say it twice.
