Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Ma'mar told us, al-Zuhri informed us, from Salim, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever sells palm trees that have already been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller, and whoever sells a slave who has property, his property belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.
