حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ بِجَمْعٍ فَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ ثَلَاثًا وَسَلَّمَ وَصَلَّى الْعَتَمَةَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَحَدَّثَ سَعِيدٌ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ صَلَّاهَا فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ فَصَنَعَ مِثْلَ ذَا وَحَدَّثَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَنَعَ مِثْلَ هَذَا فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad told us, Shu'bah told us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, who said: I witnessed Sa'id ibn Jubayr at Jam'; he gave the call to prayer and prayed Maghrib as three rak'ahs and gave the salam, then prayed the Isha as two rak'ahs. Sa'id related that Abdullah ibn Umar prayed it in this same place and did the same, and Ibn Umar related that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, did the same in this same place.
