Bahz told us, Shu'bah told us: Anas ibn Sirin informed me, if Allah wills - I heard Ibn Umar say: Ibn Umar divorced his wife while she was menstruating. Umar mentioned that to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Let him take her back until she becomes pure, then let him divorce her." He said: I said: "Was it counted [as one of the divorces]?" He said: "What then [else would it be]?"
