حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَبِشْرُ بْنُ عَائِذٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَلْبَسُ الْحَرِيرَ مَنْ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُ.

Affan narrated to us: Hammam narrated to us: Qatadah narrated to me: Bakr ibn Abdullah and Bishr ibn A'idh al-Hudhali, both from Abdullah ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Only one who has no share in the Hereafter wears silk."
