الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya ibn Sa'id and Isma'il narrated to us, they said: Ibn 'Awn narrated to us - Yahya said: Nafi' narrated to me - from Ibn 'Umar, that 'Umar said: O Messenger of Allah, I have acquired land at Khaybar, and I have never acquired any property more precious to me than it. He said: 'If you wish, you may hold its principal and give its produce in charity.' So he gave it in charity, on condition that its principal would not be sold, given away, or inherited. He said: So he gave it in charity for the poor, for guests, for freeing slaves, for the cause of Allah, and for the wayfarer. There is no blame on whoever administers it if he eats from it in a reasonable manner, or feeds a friend from it, without accumulating wealth from it.
