حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا نَخْلٍ بِيعَتْ أُصُولُهَا فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya told us, from Ubaydullah: Nafi' informed me, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said, "Whichever palm trees are sold with their trunks, their fruit belongs to the one who pollinated them, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
