حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ.

Abd al-Wahhab ibn Ata told us, from Ibn Awn, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said, "Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."
