حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ كُنْتُ عِنْدَ مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُدُومَ وَفْدِ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ مَعَ الْأَشَجِّ فَسَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْأَشْرِبَةِ فَنَهَاهُمْ عَنْ الْحَنْتَمِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالنَّقِيرِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yazid narrated to us: Abd al-Khaliq ibn Salamah al-Shaybani informed us: I heard Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab say: I heard Abdullah ibn Umar say: I was at the pulpit of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when the delegation of Abd al-Qays arrived with al-Ashajj. They asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about drinks, and he forbade them the hantam, the dubba', and the naqir (types of vessels used for making intoxicants).
