حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ اسْتَأْذَنَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي أَنْ يَبِيتَ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ بِمَكَّةَ مِنْ أَجْلِ السِّقَايَةِ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Rawh told us, 'Ubaydullah ibn 'Umar told us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar, may God Almighty be pleased with them both, that al-'Abbas asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for permission to spend that night in Mecca because of the duty of providing water for pilgrims, and he gave him permission.
