حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَبِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya narrated to us, from 'Ubaydullah: Nafi' told me, from Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "None of you should undercut the sale of his brother, nor propose marriage over his brother's proposal, unless he grants him permission."
