حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَأْكُلْ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أُضْحِيَّتِهِ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ إِذَا غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ الْيَوْمِ الثَّالِثِ لَا يَأْكُلُ مِنْ لَحْمِ هَدْيِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj: Nafi' informed me, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you should eat from his sacrificial animal beyond three days." And 'Abdullah [ibn 'Umar], when the sun set on the third day, would not eat from the meat of his sacrificial offering.
