حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ غَيْلَانَ بْنَ سَلَمَةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ أَسْلَمَ وَتَحْتَهُ عَشْرُ نِسْوَةٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اخْتَرْ مِنْهُنَّ أَرْبَعًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Isma'il narrated to us: Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father: that Ghaylan ibn Salama al-Thaqafi embraced Islam while he had ten wives, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "Choose four of them."
