حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ فَالْأَمِيرُ الَّذِي عَلَى النَّاسِ رَاعٍ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ وَالْعَبْدُ رَاعٍ عَلَى مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ أَلَا فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Isma'il told us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock: the ruler who is over the people is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock; the man is a shepherd over the people of his household and is responsible; the woman is a shepherdess over the house of her husband and is responsible; and the slave is a shepherd over the property of his master and is responsible. Indeed, each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock."
