حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ { إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ } قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ نُعِيَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفْسُهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'If there were a river at the door of one of you and he bathed in it five times a day, would any dirt remain?' They said: 'No.' He said: 'That is the likeness of the five daily prayers.'
