حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ وَمُؤَمَّلٌ الْمَعْنَى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَصَابُوا رَجُلًا مِنْ عُظَمَاءِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَتَلُوهُ فَسَأَلُوا أَنْ يَشْتَرُوا جِيفَتَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever kills a mu'ahad (a non-Muslim under treaty protection) will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, though its fragrance can be found at a distance of forty years.'
