Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, Safwan narrated to us, some of the elders narrated to me, from Abu Idris al-Sakuni, from Jubayr ibn Nufayr, from Abu al-Darda', who said: My close friend Abu al-Qasim (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me with three things that I will never abandon for anything: He advised me to fast three days of every month, not to sleep except after having prayed the Witr prayer, and to pray the Duha prayer whether at home or while traveling.
