حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صَالِحٍ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً قَالَ حَسَنٌ قَالَ السُّدِّيُّ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ فَقَالَا قَالَ عُمَرُ لَا تُصَدِّقْ فَاطِمَةَ لَهَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aswad ibn Amir told us, he said al-Hasan - meaning Ibn Salih - told us, from al-Suddi, from al-Bahi, from Fatimah bint Qays, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he did not grant her lodging or maintenance. Hasan said: al-Suddi said: I mentioned that to Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi, and they said: Umar said, "Do not believe Fatimah; she is entitled to lodging and maintenance."
