الترجمة الإنجليزية
Two men brought a dispute to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The oath fell upon one of them, and he swore by Allah besides whom there is no deity that the other had nothing owed to him. Jibril descended upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: 'He is lying; the other man indeed has his right.' He commanded him to give the man his right. The expiation of his oath was his acknowledgment that there is no deity except Allah — or his testimony of it.
