الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' and Hajjaj told us, they said: Shu'bah told us, from Simak, he said: I heard Alqamah ibn Wa'il, from his father: that he was present with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when a man of Khath'am named Suwayd ibn Tariq asked him about wine, and he forbade it. The man said: "It is only something we make as medicine." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is rather a disease."
