حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِ يَبْدَأُ فَيَغْسِلُ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ بِيَمِينِهِ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ فَيَغْسِلُ فَرْجَهُ ثُمَّ يَضْرِبُ يَدَهُ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ فَيَمْسَحُهَا ثُمَّ يَغْسِلُهَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ يُفْرِغُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَعَلَى سَائِرِ جَسَدِهِ ثُمَّ يَتَنَحَّى فَيَغْسِلُ رِجْلَيْهِ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ.

Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-A'mash told us, from Salim bin Abi al-Ja'd, from Kurayb, from Ibn 'Abbas, from Maymunah bint al-Harith, who said: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, performed the ritual bath for major impurity, he would begin by washing his hands, then pour water with his right hand over his left and wash his private parts, then strike his hand on the ground and wipe it, then wash it, then perform ablution as for prayer, then pour water over his head and over the rest of his body, then move aside and wash his feet. Waki' told us, from al-A'mash - 'Abdullah said, and Abu al-Rabi' told me: Waki' told us, from al-A'mash, from Salim bin Abi al-Ja'd, from Kurayb, from Ibn 'Abbas, from Maymunah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the like of it.
