حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ قَالَ قَالَ لَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنْ أَنْسَخَ إِلَيْهِ وَصِيَّةَ فَاطِمَةَ فَكَانَ فِي وَصِيَّتِهَا السِّتْرُ الَّذِي يَزْعُمُ النَّاسُ أَنَّهَا أَحْدَثَتْهُ وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَلَمَّا رَآهُ رَجَعَ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abd al-Samad told us: al-Qasim ibn al-Fadl told us: Muhammad ibn Ali said to us: Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz wrote to me asking me to copy out for him the will of Fatimah. In her will was mention of the curtain that people claim she introduced, and that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, entered upon her, and when he saw it, he turned back.
