حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ أَكْثَرُ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ ثَقُلَ وَبَدَّنَ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Isma’il ibn Abi Fudayk told us, al-Dahhak -- that is Ibn Uthman -- told us, from Abdullah ibn Urwa, from his father, from Aisha, who said: "Most of the prayer of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when he grew heavy and stout, was performed sitting."
