حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ مَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ فِي بَيْتِهِ قَالَتْ كَانَ يُرَقِّعُ الثَّوْبَ وَيَخْصِفُ النَّعْلَ أَوْ نَحْوَ هَذَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aisha reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her: "It has been revealed to me that whoever is questioned in the grave will be tested." She said: "O Messenger of Allah, and what test?" He said: "What do you say about this man who was sent among you?" The believer will say: "He is the Messenger of Allah and the servant of Allah." And the disbeliever or the hypocrite will say: "I do not know. I heard people saying something, so I said it."
