حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ السَّدُوسِيُّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعِكْرِمَةَ إِنِّي أَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ وَإِنَّ نَاسًا يَعِيبُونَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ وَمَا بَأْسٌ بِذَلِكَ اقْرَأْهُمَا فَإِنَّهُمَا مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَاءَ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ فِيهِمَا إِلَّا بِأُمِّ الْكِتَابِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hanzalah al-Sadusi said: I said to Ikrimah: 'I recite Qul A'udhu bi-Rabbil-Falaq and Qul A'udhu bi-Rabbin-Nas in Maghrib prayer, and some people criticize me for it.' He said: 'There is nothing wrong with that — recite them, for they are from the Quran.' Then he said: Ibn Abbas narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came and prayed two rak'ahs in which he recited nothing but Umm al-Kitab (al-Fatihah).
