حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ لِآلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَحْشٌ فَكَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اشْتَدَّ وَلَعِبَ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَإِذَا دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَكَنَ فَلَمْ يَتَحَرَّكْ كَرَاهِيَةَ أَنْ يُؤْذِيَهُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aisha reported: The family of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had a pet wild animal. When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would leave, it would run around and play in the house. But when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) entered, it would become still and not move, out of dislike of bothering him.
