حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ خُفَافِ بْنِ إِيمَاءَ بْنِ رَحَضَةَ الْغِفَارِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ خَرَاجَ الْعَبْدِ بِضَمَانِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَكَانَ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي عَبْدٍ اشْتَرَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَوَجَدَ بِهِ عَيْبًا وَقَدْ اسْتَغَلَّهُ فَقَالَ عُرْوَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ خَرَاجَ الْعَبْدِ بِضَمَانِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled that the profit from a slave belongs to the one who bears the liability. Ibn Abi Dhi'b said: They had disputed about a slave that a man had bought and found a defect in him after he had already profited from him. Urwa narrated from Aisha that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled that the profit from a slave belongs to the one who bears the liability.
