حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اسْتَأْمِرُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَبْضَاعِهِنَّ قَالَ قِيلَ فَإِنَّ الْبِكْرَ تَسْتَحِي فَتَسْكُتُ قَالَ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: I heard Ibn Abi Mulaykah narrating, from Dhakwan Abu Amr, from Aisha, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Consult women regarding their marriages." He said: It was said, "But the virgin feels shy and remains silent." He said, "Her silence is her permission."
