حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِى أَبِي عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ تَخْتَصِمُونَ إِلَيَّ وَلَعَلَّ بَعْضَكُمْ أَلْحَنُ بِحُجَّتِهِ مِنْ بَعْضٍ وَإِنَّمَا أَقْضِي لَهُ بِمَا يَقُولُ فَمَنْ قَضَيْتُ لَهُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ حَقِّ أَخِيهِ بِقَوْلِهِ فَإِنَّمَا أَقْطَعُ لَهُ قِطْعَةً مِنْ النَّارِ فَلَا يَأْخُذْهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya narrated to us, from Hisham, he said: My father narrated to me, from Zaynab bint Abi Salamah, from Umm Salamah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "You bring disputes to me, and perhaps some of you are more eloquent in argument than others, and I only judge according to what I hear. So whoever I judge in favor of with something belonging to his brother's right, based on what he said, then I am only cutting off for him a piece of the Fire, so let him not take it."
