حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِلَامٍ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ.

Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi told us, he said: Ayyub told us, from Muhammad, from Aisha: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to rise in the morning in a state of major impurity, not from a wet dream, and then he would fast.
