حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَيُدْرِكُ بِحُسْنِ الْخُلُقِ دَرَجَةَ الصَّائِمِ الْقَائِمِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sa'id ibn Mansur narrated to us: Ya'qub ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Amr ibn Abi Amr, from al-Muttalib ibn Abdullah, from A'ishah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A man may attain, through good character, the rank of one who fasts and prays [at night] continually."
