حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جُمَيْعُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ التَّيْمِيُّ قَالَ انْطَلَقْتُ مَعَ عَمَّتِي وَخَالَتِي إِلَى عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا كَيْفَ كَانَتْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ تَصْنَعُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا عَرَكَتْ فَقَالَتْ كَانَ إِذَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ إِحْدَانَا ائْتَزَرَتْ بِالْإِزَارِ الْوَاسِعِ ثُمَّ الْتَزَمَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ بِيَدَيْهَا وَنَحْرِهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Affan told us: Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad told us: Sadaqa ibn Sa'id al-Hanafi told us: Jumay' ibn Umayr al-Taymi told us, who said: I went with my paternal aunt and my maternal aunt to Aisha, and I asked her: 'How would one of you act for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when she menstruated?' She said: 'When that happened to one of us, she would wrap herself with a wide waist-wrapper, then embrace the Messenger of Allah with her hands and against her chest.'
