حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا غَلَبَتْهُ عَيْنُهُ أَوْ وَجِعَ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ بِاللَّيْلِ صَلَّى بِالنَّهَارِ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Surayj told us: Abu Awanah told us, from Qatadah, from Zurarah ibn Awfa, from Sa'd ibn Hisham, from A'ishah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, whenever sleep overcame him or he was in pain and so did not pray at night, would pray twelve rak'ahs during the day.
