حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَمَّا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنْ الدَّوَابِّ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَمْسٌ مِنْ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ.

Bishr ibn Shu'ayb told us: My father informed me, from al-Zuhri, concerning what a person in ihram may kill among creatures. Al-Zuhri said: Urwah ibn al-Zubayr informed me that A'isha, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Five kinds of creatures, all of them noxious, may be killed within the Haram: the biting dog, the scorpion, the kite, the crow, and the mouse."
