وَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْتُرُنِي بِرِدَائِهِ وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَى الْحَبَشَةِ يَلْعَبُونَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَنَا أَسْأَمُ فَأَقْعُدُ فَاقْدُرُوا قَدْرَ الْجَارِيَةِ الْحَدِيثَةِ السِّنِّ الْحَرِيصَةِ عَلَى اللَّهْوِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And A'isha said: I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, shielding me with his cloak while I watched the Abyssinians playing in the mosque, until I grew tired and sat down. So gauge by this the standing of a young girl eager for amusement.
