حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا نَخْرُجُ نُجَاهِدُ مَعَكُمْ قَالَ لَا جِهَادُكُنَّ الْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ وَهُوَ لَكُنَّ جِهَادٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Husayn narrated to us: Yazid — that is, Ibn Ata' — narrated to us, from Habib — that is, Ibn Abi Amrah — from Aishah bint Talhah, from Aishah, Mother of the Believers, who said, "O Messenger of Allah, shall we not go out and fight jihad with you?" He said, "No; your jihad is the accepted Hajj, and it is a jihad for you."
