أَنْبَأَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ قَالَ دَخَلْنَا عَلَى حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ فَأَخْبَرَتْنَا أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عَنْ الْغُلَامِ شَاتَانِ مُكَافَأَتَانِ وَعَنْ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةٌ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Bishr b. al-Mufaddal informed us, from Abdullah b. Uthman, from Yusuf b. Mahak, who said: We entered upon Hafsah bint Abd al-Rahman, and she told us that Aishah had told her that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "For a boy, two comparable sheep, and for a girl, one sheep."
