Hushaym told us: Isma'il b. Abi Khalid told us, from al-Sha'bi, from Masruq, from Aishah, who said: I used to twist the collars for the sacrificial animals of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with my own hands. Masruq said: I heard her clapping her hands from behind the veil as she related that, then that he would remain among us not restricted by the prohibitions of pilgrim sanctity, despite sending the sacrificial animal.
