حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلرِّعَاءِ بِأَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا.

Sufyan ibn Uyayna narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr, from his father, from Abu al-Baddah, from his father, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, granted a concession to the herdsmen that they might cast the pebbles on one day and leave it on another day.
