حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ أَوْ أَبِي حُمَيْدَةَ قَالَ وَقَدْ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا خَطَبَ أَحَدُكُمْ امْرَأَةً فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَيْهَا إِذَا كَانَ إِنَّمَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا لِخِطْبَتِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَا تَعْلَمُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was narrated from Abu Humayd (or Abu Humaydah), who had seen the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: he said, "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'When one of you proposes marriage to a woman, there is no blame upon him in looking at her, if he looks at her only for the sake of the proposal, even if she is unaware of it.'"
