حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ وَأَبُوهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا مُوسَى بْنَ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخْبِرْنِي بِعَمَلٍ يُدْخِلُنِي الْجَنَّةَ فَقَالَ الْقَوْمُ مَا لَهُ مَا لَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرَبٌ مَا لَهُ قَالَ تَعْبُدُ اللَّهَ لَا تُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَتُقِيمُ الصَّلَاةَ وَتُؤْتِي الزَّكَاةَ وَتَصِلُ الرَّحِمَ ذَرْهَا قَالَ كَأَنَّهُ كَانَ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad b. Uthman b. Abdullah b. Mawhab and his father Uthman b. Abdullah both heard Musa b. Talhah narrate from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari: that a man said, "O Messenger of Allah, tell me of a deed that will admit me to Paradise." The people said, "What is wrong with him, what is wrong with him?" The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "He has a need, what is wrong with him?" He said, "Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, establish the prayer, give the zakah, and maintain the ties of kinship - let her go." He said: it was as though he were on his mount.
