حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ بْن أَحْمَد وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْهُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَخَذَ امْرَأَةً أَوْ سَبَاهَا فَنَازَعَتْهُ قَائِمَ سَيْفِهِ فَقَتَلَهَا فَمَرَّ عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأُخْبِرَ بِأَمْرِهَا فَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
A man captured or took a woman as a captive, and she struggled for the hilt of his sword and killed herself with it. The Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by her and was informed of what happened. He then forbade the killing of women and children.
