Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Muslim ibn Nudhayr, from Hudhayfah, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, took hold of the calf of my leg — or the calf of his own leg — and said, "The proper place of the waist-wrap is here; if you refuse, then here; and if you refuse, then the waist-wrap has no right to be at the ankles," or "the ankles have no right in the waist-wrap."
