حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي يَرْبُوعَ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ وَهُوَ يُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ يَقُولُ يَدُ الْمُعْطِي الْعُلْيَا أُمَّكَ وَأَبَاكَ وَأُخْتَكَ وَأَخَاكَ ثُمَّ أَدْنَاكَ أَدْنَاكَ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَؤُلَاءِ بَنُو ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ يَرْبُوعَ الَّذِينَ أَصَابُوا فُلَانًا قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلَا لَا تَجْنِي نَفْسٌ عَلَى أُخْرَى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yunus told us, Abu Awanah told us, from al-Ash'ath ibn Sulaym, from his father, from a man of Banu Yarbu', who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and heard him speaking to the people, saying, "The upper (giving) hand is better - give to your mother and your father, your sister and your brother, then the next closest to you, the next closest to you." A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, these are Banu Tha'labah ibn Yarbu' who attacked so-and-so." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "No soul shall bear the burden of another."
