حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ سَمِعَ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ نَابَهُ شَيْءٌ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَلْيَقُلْ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا التَّصْفِيحُ لِلنِّسَاءِ وَالتَّسْبِيحُ لِلرِّجَالِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sufyan told us, from Abu Hazim, who heard Sahl ibn Sa'd narrate from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: Whoever is confronted with something during his prayer should say 'Subhan Allah' — clapping is for women, and saying 'Subhan Allah' is for men.
