حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ قَالَ قَالَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ نَزَلَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ { وَاللَّاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ } إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ بِهِنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَبَيْنَمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَالِسٌ وَنَحْنُ حَوْلَهُ وَكَانَ إِذَا نَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْيُ أَعْرَضَ عَنَّا وَأَعْرَضْنَا عَنْهُ وَتَرَبَّدَ وَجْهُهُ وَكَرَبَ لِذَلِكَ فَلَمَّا رُفِعَ عَنْهُ الْوَحْيُ قَالَ خُذُوا عَنِّي قُلْنَا نَعَمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ ثُمَّ الرَّجْمُ قَالَ الْحَسَنُ فَلَا أَدْرِي أَمِنَ الْحَدِيثِ هُوَ أَمْ لَا قَالَ فَإِنْ شَهِدُوا أَنَّهُمَا وُجِدَا فِي لِحَافٍ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ عَلَى جِمَاعٍ خَالَطَهَا بِهِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَجُزَّتْ رُءُوسُهُمَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah narrated to us: Shayban ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us: Jarir ibn Hazim narrated to us: al-Hasan narrated to us, who said: Ubadah ibn al-Samit said: There was revealed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: And those of your women who commit indecency... to the end of the verse. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, dealt with them accordingly. Then, while the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was sitting with us around him - and it was his custom, when revelation came down upon him, to turn away from us and we would turn away from him, and his face would change color and he would be distressed by it - when the revelation was lifted from him, he said: Take this from me. We said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah. He said: Allah has indeed appointed a way for them: the virgin with the virgin, a hundred lashes and banishment for a year; and the previously-married with the previously-married, a hundred lashes, then stoning. Al-Hasan said: I do not know whether this is part of the hadith or not: he said: If they testify that the two of them were found under one covering, without testifying to an act of intercourse in which he had intimate contact with her, then a hundred lashes and the shaving of both their heads.
